Could anyone advise please, does one need license or special permit to complete internal refurbishments in own (leasehold) apartment? Like in US we can’t do anything without license. Is it same in Italy?

Hello.

You don’t need any licence, or permit for doing refurbishments in your apartment.

Does anyone have experience dealing with builders in Calabria, If you want to renovate? Like where to find them and how efficient they are?
